Elizabeth Adinolfi West is an Associate Professor of English at Central Piedmont Community College in Charlotte, North Carolina. She is also the faculty advisor to the student creative writing organization, SWAG.
Elizabeth has published works of fiction and memoir in local publications and Chicken Soup for the Soul: Hopes and Miracles. She is currently working on a fiction project loosely based on her experiences during her term abroad in London, England, as well as some children’s books with her daughter as co-author.
As a teacher, Elizabeth always encourages her students to be vulnerable and that it is important to share the truth of your experiences with your audience. This blog is attempting to practice what she preaches.
